Not the sharpest knife

Lea Ann's comment hit the nail on the head. In the last 30 minutes of being lost in Diigo, I have felt frustrated and, well, a tad limited (nice way to say dumb). Ack!
So, with Susan and AJ's produsage projects I have a reason to use the collaborative aspects of Diigo. But, for some reason, it's not working. I highlighted an article and shared it on the Twitter account only to lose all the highlighting. Then, I did it again and got the same result. What's my next step? Go to the help section.
Now, I can log in to My Diigo but when I go to the Diigo Help page and try to sign in, it says my username doesn't exist. I can't ask a question without logging in. Then, when I go to another Help tab, it instructs me to download Mindtouch. What is that? The description reminds me of a page from Bruns. Please help. Reaching maximum level of frustration.

Week 6: In the final week; I completed and shared Relocating-To-Tally wiki with the class as well as the Step-up Ning network; turned in Produsage #2 paper; reviewed some of my classmates' produsage projects; posted to the EJ; followed and commented on the blogs of my classmates; read and posted on discussion board; skimmed Bruns; experienced Web 2.0 in real life, as opposed to academic life
Week 5: Wrote 3 posts to my EJ; followed the blogs created by my classmates and made a few comments; skimmed Bruns, and read interesting articles shared on the FriendFeed and other blogs about topics that included Twitter, Facebook, and social networking; posted to the discussion board, mostly about produsage, Skype and the long tail phenomenon applied to instruction; explored Ning, Technorati, Toodledo, Second Life; worked on the Relocating-To-Tally wiki with Kent; created a Ning network, Step-Up, to promote sustainability in my community
Week 4: Wrote 5 posts to my EJ; Followed my classmates’ blogs and commented on 17 posts; Reviewed most of my classmates’ produsage projects and participated in 8 by posting or commenting on the content; Had limited participation on the discussion board, mostly focusing on the produsage conversations; Skimmed Bruns and became more aware of expertise, reputation, trust, tags, links and bookmarks, to name a few; Had more experience with Diigo and Flickr; Discovered and explored Photobucket, Technorati, Citeulike and StumbleUpon;
Week 3: Read about the building of Wikipedia in Bruns; participated in this week's discussion topics, especially Twitter, YouTube, Flickr and Diigo; Posted to my EJ and made comments on 3 other EJ's; time was limited because of the PRODUSAGE project! I worked with Chris Keeney to develop a wiki space devoted to the IS courses and wrote a paper to explain our process; Continued to experiment with Twitter, and looking forward to more time with Diigo and all of my classmates' produsage projects.
Week 2: Slowly, but surely read Bruns chapters; Participated in this week’s discussion topics as well as the podcasts, produsage discussions and other administrivia; Began to plan and discuss my produsage projects; Continued to post to my EJ and followed most of my classmates EJs; NEW tools – learned more about Twitter and Diigo by jumping in on both, which was pretty exciting, and continued to learn more about blogging, Google Reader and other Web 2.0 tools on the Wiki
Week 1: Read and enjoyed most of Shirky; Spent a little too much time on the introductions, and a limited time on the week’s discussion topics; Created my EJ and used it to post my thoughts throughout the week, read and commented on classmates EJs; NEW tools – explored blogs, created my own blog, created and used a Google Reader account to follow blogs, began to learn RSS, TED and was blown away by the amount of Web 2.0 tools on the Wiki
